12 Nights/13 Days Tour (Explore Sri Lanka Tour) Without Accommodation 

Day 01

You are picked up from the airport and then drive to Negambo. See the highest fish market and relax yourself in the beach. Stay overnight in Negambo.

Day 02

Next destination would be Wilpattu national park and safari starts at 2.00 p.m. where can be seen natural habitats of wild animals and Sri Lankan leopard and Sri Lankan sloth bear also habitat in Wilpattu, which is the largest national wild life reservoir and most attractive park in Sri Lanka, and can be spent 3-4 hour there and drive back to hotel in Wilpattu. Stay overnight in Wilpattu.

Day 03

You are taken to Polonnaruwa, which was the capital of Sri Lanka for about 200 years and finally the kingdom was transferred to Dambadeniya and Polonnaruwa was concored by Indian king Kalinga Magha. You can visit archeological  museum, royal palace,audience hall,swimming pool,sacred quadrangle,shiva devale,pabalu vehera,rankot vihara, kiri vihara,buddha statue at lankatilaka,buddha figures at gal vihara etc.It takes normally 05 to 06 hours to visit entire kingdom in Polonnaruwa. Stay overnight in Polonnaruwa.

Day 04

Drive to Sigiriya. Following tourist activities are remarkable in sigiriya including village tour to experience ancient village life with their day today activities including oxen cart rides, catamaran rides, walk towards paddy fields, cookery demonstration on traditional Sri Lankan foods and enjoy a traditional meal.

You can dedicate whole evening to visit the Pidurangala Rock in Sigiriya to catch-up the sun set scenery. Stay overnight there.

Day 05

You are picked up at7.00 a.m. from your residence in Sigiriya and drives straight away to the lion rock.  You will visit the eight wonder of the world, which contains huge walls, water canals, security guard rooms, natural stoned arches, mirror stone and world famous Sigiri paintings. It is an isolated rock, Kingdom more than 200m in height. You have to spend more than two and half hours.

Then your second destination is Dambulla cave temple, which is the largest and the best preserved cave temple in Sri Lanka. The caves were converted in to a temple complex by king Walagamba during the 1^st century. There are about 153 Buddha status and murals, which covers 2100 square meters. You have to spend around one and half hours to cover entire temple complex.

Drive to Kandy. Then Enjoy kandyan dancing event in the evening between 5.00p.m. To 6.00p.m.  Finally visit temple of the tooth relic. The most sacred molar tooth of the lord buddha is placed in seven golden caskets, under a golden celling. Spend the night in Kandy.

Day 06

Pickup at 7.00 a.m. from your hotel place then drives to Pinnawala elephant orphanage, to see milk feeding & elephant bathing. When come back to Kandy on the way you will visit royal botanical garden, which is covered by colorful flower plants, herbal plants, endemic and epidemic plant species and palm family trees all inclusive more than 4000 varieties can be seen here. The world’s giant bamboo tree species are found only here. There are more than 100 variety species of ferns and the largest variety of orchid flower plant as well as lotus and water lilies are grown in artificial ponds in the garden. Then you will be heading to view point of Kandy. Spend the night in Kandy.

Day 07

Drive to Adams Peak. Another world heritage and multi religious place in Sri Lanka, It is an isolated mountain peak of 7359 feets above the sea level.Adams peak is another most sacred, higher valuable and the most attractive place among local and foreign tourists.The season begins from the full moon poya day. In December and ends on the full moon poya day in May. It is difficult to climb the rock during the week end because it is too crowded with local pilgrims in the week ends.

You can start the journey in the evening  or at the mid night to avoid  the heat of the sun at day time Sun rising is another amazing scenery we can see on the top of the hill and the temperature is less than 15 c⁰ Therefore  make sure to pack warm clothes and equipments  according to your needs. Stay overnight in Top of mountain

Day 08

In the morning session, after see Sun raising you have to come back to the hotel. In the evening drive to Nuwara Eliya, and stay overnight there.

Day 09

The journey begins from Nuwara Eliya (Nanuoya) Railway station in the morning. It takes nearly 3 hours and 30 minites to reach Ella.It's the iconic scenic train journey in Sri Lanka.The train takes you along greeny hills of tea plantation,lovely old tunnels,waterfalls,stunning landscapes and enjoy traditional village life while travelling.Then drive to hotel in Ella.In the evening When you walk for about 30 minutes towards the train track you can see nine arch bridge. Stay overnight in Ella.

Day 10

Drive to Mirissa. You can see wonderful Rawana Ella waterfall soon after passing Ella. On your way you can see Hummanaya blow hole and turtle hatchery. Hummanaya blow hole which pumps sea water up to 40 feets from a natural hole between two closest rocks and splints water in to the sky. Stay night in Mirissa.

Day 11

Dolphins and whales watching tour begins at 6.00 a.m. and nearly you will have to spend 04 hours completely. Next you can see still fishing and drive to world heritage “Galle Fort” which was built by Portuguese and was reconstructed during Dutch period. You can stay night at Hikkaduwa.

Day 12

Firstly go to see the coral reefs and enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling under the safety supervision of well experienced professionals. Hikkaduwa coastal area is most suitable for surfing during November to April months.  In the evening you can enjoy Madhu river boat safari and get natural fish therapy for self-relaxing. Stay night at Bentota.

Day 13

There are no itinerary plans and you are dropped back to the Air Port according to your flight departure time.
